Our facility has a range of options for your dinners, parties, meetings or family gatherings, including:

Charges
Bowls and Bar events (afternoons from November through March). The charge is $20 per person, minimum group size is 45-50, for 3-5 hours. The minimum charge is $800. There is no additional charge for use of the BBQ, the clubhouse for meeting/dining, full bar service and bowls coaching / supervision. A special liquor licence is needed, and costs $83. We’ll apply for this on your behalf at least one month in advance of your function. A deposit of $200 is required to confirm and secure your booking.
Venue hire for dinners, parties or family gatherings. The charge is $80 per hour for the function room, club lounge, kitchen, and full bar services with a minimum charge of $300. If bar services are required beyond 9.30pm a surcharge of $50 per hour applies. A special liquor licence is needed, and costs $83. We’ll apply for this on your behalf at least one month in advance of your function. A deposit of $200 is required to confirm and secure your booking.
Meeting Rooms. The charge is $30 per hour for a meeting room.
Other options. Please complete the venue hire inquiry form at the bottom of this page if you would like to ask about an event that does not fall within the two types described above. We aim to be flexible to meet your needs and will respond promptly.
Kitchen equipment and dining facilities
Our kitchen is well equipped and suitable for preparing, warming and plating food:

domestic range with 4 element cook-top
dishwasher

tableware (glasses, mugs, cups, cutlery, plates etc.), Serving platters

Rectangular 6-8 seater tables and circular 4-5 seater tables
Bar
Bar services:
We provide qualified bar staff and will buy-in specific drinks you require, if we do not already have it in stock.
BYO is not permitted (both for alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks).
Hirers may operate a bar tab, or pay cash or use eftpos.
If required, we will apply for a liquor licence on your behalf.
BBQ
We have a 4-burner gas BBQ, great for a sausage sizzle and burger patties. We provide the gas and normal BBQ cooking tools. We will clean the BBQ after your event for $20.
TV and sound system
We have a modern blue tooth capable sound system and microphone available for $10 per hour.
There is a 36 inch flat-screen TV in the bar lounge, with free-to-air.
External catering options
Ease your workload by using an external caterer who can prepare, warm and plate food in our kitchen! We work with local caterers and will be happy to provide contact details if you wish to chat with them about options. There is no compulsion to use our caterers.
